John6/28/2025The Angus Tapa was delicious but tasted a bit dry. Te Tapang Taal was really really good as well as the bacon. The eggs could have been runny as that would have improved the flavor or add vinegar.
Don6/7/2025The wagyu and the tapa is good but for the sisig and dinakdakan needs improvement. Maybe more crunch for the sisig while for the dinakdakan, authentic taste would be better.
